Sun sensitivity?

Hey everybody.

Hope to get some responses here, but meh. Can't expect anything.

I've been working the overnight shift (9pm-5:30am) for a little more than three months now. The only thing that has been bothering me about the shift is that in the morning when the sun is coming up, I get a terrible headache, almost like my brain is being pierced. I used to love the sun and the only sensitivity I had to it was getting sunburnt in an hour or so (I'm quite pale). I want to enjoy the sun, but even after I get some sleep and walk around my backyard, I still get that pain. I notice that if I force myself to stay outside a while and sit in the shade, the pain subsides.

Does anybody else experience this? How would you remedy this?
